Report is printed with blank pages because report width exceeds page width.
Cause:
The width of the report is wider than the page width specified in the 'Page Setup' dialog box.
Solution:
Change either the report width or the page width.
Do one of the following:
1) Change the report width:
a) Open the report in Design view:
1] If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2] Click the 'Reports' tab.

3] Select the desired report from the list box. (The selected report is highlighted.)
4] Click 'Design'. (The selected report opens in Design view.)
b) To select the entire report, select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Select Report'.
c) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Properties'. (The Report property sheet appears.)
NOTE: If the property sheet is already on the screen, skip the above step.
d) Click the 'Format' tab.
e) Change the width in the 'Width' property box.
NOTE: The total width of the report = Width in the 'Width' property box + Page Margins specified in the 'Page Setup' dialog box.

f) Click 'x' in the upper-right corner of the property sheet to close the property sheet.
g) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save' to save the new setting.
2) Change the page width:
a) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Page Setup'. (The Page Setup dialog box appears.)
b) Click 'Page' tab.

c) Select the appropriate page size from the 'Size' drop-down list of the 'Paper' group.
d) Click 'OK' to save the setting and close the 'Page Setup' dialog box.
